Photo Rendering
If a house is under construction, there is a point where there is enough information in a photo to create a rendering without having to start a drawing from the very beginning. It is also nice to be able to add landscaping, remove new window labels, or experiment with possible color schemes.
Finishing the House, Changing the Season
The realtor approached me in the dead of winter to create a rendering for a home that was not yet finished. After taking photos of the house, I created landscaping, a driveway and some warm sunshine to show it in its future glory.

Detailing the House, Adding Landscaping and Fencing
This house had window stickers, no light fixtures and a dirt yard. There were plans to put in a fence and so that also was created.

Exploring Color Choices
It is a great time-saver to be able to see what you color choice will look like before the painter gets started. From a supplied photograph the various colors being considered can be seen.
